EPR-based study to monitor Free Radicals in Treated Silk Fibroin with Anthocyanins

Bioactive materials of natural origin have great demand in industry and medicine due to their versatility useful properties. The main purpose this work is prepare biocomposites for the dual modified silk fibroin (Bombyx mori L.), which protects against destructive effects bioactive, antioxidant ultraviolet rays. For purpose, an aqueous extract autumn leaves anthocyanin-rich smoke tree plant (Cotinus coggygria L.) was applied. 2% thiourea solution used increase durability SF external influences use textiles. intensity free radicals fibroin-anthocyanin (SFA) fibroin-anthocyanin-thiourea (SFAT) by Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) method studied. Maximum adsorption time determined 20 minutes SFA bio-composite 80-85% SFAT biocomposite 50-55% relation untreated. biomedical SFA, radical scavenger activity kinetics were studied on a UV-2700 spectrophotometer capture calculated: RSA% (bioextract) = 73.52 ± 0.5, (SF) 6.42 0.4, 45.23 0.8
